About Adhéra
Adhéra is an IT and AI consulting firm based in Quebec, with a dual presence in North America and Europe. Our craft: running AI transformations end to end — strategy, execution and measurement.
The founder
Rémi spent 14 years within an international network, several of them as chief information officer at a global scale. He knows from the inside what a network goes through: the reality of the field, the pressure of operations, technology decisions made under constraint.
It’s this experience as an IT executive, not just a consultant, that grounds the way Adhéra works: start from the field, deliver fast, measure, and stay honest about what works.
A transatlantic bridge
Adhéra works on both sides of the Atlantic. This dual presence isn’t a façade: it brings a cross-reading of legal frameworks, practices and digital maturities.
For an organization present in both markets — or aiming at one from the other — it’s a partner who speaks both the language of business and of technology.
Quebec Adhéra’s base, North American anchor and Law 25 compliance.
Europe Ground for large-account missions, including Plan AIGO.
A cross-reading Approaches adapted to your market, never lifted from elsewhere.
The team
Founder. Strategy, on-the-ground assessment and steering of AI transformations. Former global CIO, 14 years in an international network.
Business development and coordination. Mission follow-up, client relationships and the smooth day-to-day running of projects.
When useful, Adhéra brings in targeted skills — data, development, training — in service of the mission.
Our values
We don’t sell days or slides. We put agents into production and deliver concrete results.
Everything that matters gets measured. The ROI dashboard is the single source of truth of every mission.
If a use doesn’t create the expected value, we say so and stop it. Our credibility comes before billing.
Next step
A first conversation is enough to pinpoint your high-potential uses and the best way forward.
